Saundra Williams is a female jazz/R&B/dance music vocalist[1] from New York City who scored a couple of hits on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart: "I Want It, I Need It" (#1, 1994) and "Unconditionally" (#7, 1995).
